Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) For Black Friday Offers 2024

New Business offer

This offer is only available to new customers who have not previously purchased a holiday home or lodge from Pure Leisure Group Ltd or any subsidiaries thereof.
The offer applies to purchases on selected new or used holiday homes or lodges at any of Pure Leisure Group Ltd participating parks.
This offer may be used with cash or finance purchases.

Site fees of £1000 per year will apply until 2030 season for eligible customers.
The £1000 annual site fee is applicable, save for VAT or other tax changes.
Site fees will return to the prevailing rate for the 2030 season.
No additional discount will be applied.

The holiday home purchase must be paid for by 31st December 2024 for the customer to qualify for this offer.
A full deposit must be paid on your chosen holiday home within 14 days starting from 29th November 2024. Ending 13th December 2024.
If the transaction does not complete for any reason, Pure Leisure Group Ltd or any subsidiaries thereof are entitled to deduct reasonable costs & expenses incurred from the deposit.

This offer is non-transferable and may not be redeemed with or for any other offer or promotion by Pure Leisure Group Ltd or any subsidiaries thereof.

Standard terms and conditions for the sale of holiday homes and lodges will apply in addition to the terms of this offer. By accepting this offer, customers agree to comply with all legal obligations associated with the purchase and use of the holiday home or lodge.

Holidays

This offer is available for customers who book their holiday from Thursday 28^th November 2024 - Monday 2^nd December 2024.
Holiday must be booked for 2024 or 2025.
Offer Excludes peak period bookings.
Booking value >£300 will receive £20 food voucher.
Booking value >£400 will receive £30 food voucher.
Booking value >£500 will receive £50 food voucher.
Bookings must be made directly with Pure Leisure Group Ltd.
Only available on participating parks.
Restaurant credit only available if booked in a Pure Leisure Group Ltd hire fleet unit.
Leisure passes only available on Pure Leisure Group Ltd parks with leisure facilities

Promotion applies to new bookings only, cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings.
Cannot be used on bookings during School or bank holidays in England, Scotland & Wales.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
No refunds will be issued for unused credit and no cash alternative is available.
Food vouchers are non-transferable.
Pure Leisure Group Ltd reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice.
Pets can only be booked into pet friendly accommodation.
Either Maximum of 4 Leisure passes per booking or a Maximum 2 pets per booking.
Only one offer applicable per booking.

Owner Offer

Referral payment will be added to introducers account 21 days after financial completion. All referral payments are to be made to park accounts and will not be paid in cash. Referral can be made to any Pure Leisure Park. Applies to referrals made on 29th November to 13th December 2024
Referral credit of £2000 will be added to the referee’s account.
Current owner referral terms and conditions apply.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
There is no cash alternative to this offer.
